An interesting article on the (positive) effects of EPA and DHA on mood disorders, Kelly. As time goes on, evidence continues to mount on the benefits of fish oils for neurological disorders and the importance of omega-threes on early nervous system development.

Simply eating more fish may be a heck of a lot more important that it sounds, and it's way better than swallowing a pill, particularly if the fish is washed down with a glass or two of good wine, which, funnily enough, also promotes health. Wine and fish ... what a health package!

Thanks for the information on fish, Andrew. Wow, that's interesting. There's sure a lot of ways to replace omega 3!

We recently wrote an article on fish oils at Brain Blogger. Might treating psychiatric and mood disorders be a simple and easy as eating more fish? With some of the nutritional support fish oil provides may be connected to healthier brain activity, it could possibly be.

We would like to read your comments on our article. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Kelly
