ADC
The Aquaculture Development Council (ADC) is established under Section 37 of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 to identify issues that affect aquaculture; provide advice to the Western Australian Minister for Fisheries regarding aquaculture matters and management; and develop and implement strategies to enhance the Western Australian aquaculture industry. Over the past 13 years, the ADC has both directly funded specific industry projects as well as undertaken several strategic planning initiatives.
